Your daily workout
  • You are responsible for coordinating the installation of fitness equipment at customer facilities

  • You schedule, coordinate, and manage multiple third party logistics and RMA processes

  • You oversee and monitor national and international shipments including customs clearances

  • You collaborate effectively and efficiently with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance departments 

  • You resolve problems or complaints promptly and escalate as required

  • You enjoy working with numbers and are experienced in entering data into CRM and ERP systems 

Your fitness level
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field or equivalent experience

  • You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Administration, Logistics, or SCM

  • You have experience working with CRM systems, e.g. Salesforce

  • You have a positive can-do attitude, hands-on style, and a willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks as needed

  • You have the ability and desire to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

  • You are self-motivated and highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • You have the drive to learn new systems
