The Opportunity

Here at Featurespace, our Engineering team is continually growing, and so we are on the lookout for a new member of our support team to be based in our Cambridge office, to help keep the department processes running to a high standard.

As a Programme Coordinator for our Engineering Operations team at Featurespace, you’ll be a point of contact within the department, helping to field questions and direct people to the best person to help. You’ll be responsible for administering the long-running Engineering programmes for released and future versions of our product, ARIC. This will require the undertaking of administration and reporting tasks as well as the coordination of activities to ensure those programmes remain on track with commitments.

Our ideal candidate will have a good level of technical understanding, although a technical background isn’t necessary, and will be skilled with Excel. You’ll have strong administration, coordination, and organisational skills and will be look to join a fun and friendly team where you can make a real difference to the Engineering department and the business.


Day to Day

  • Coordinating and reporting on activities across Engineering for our long-running strategic programmes, ensuring our products remain secure and up to date
  • Coordinating and reporting on activities across Engineering for supported released versions of our products to successfully deliver to customers the changes they need in the timescales they require
  • Supporting the record-keeping activities for the releases of our products
  • Supporting the recording and presentation of metrics related to the performance of the processes surrounding release activities
  • Developing productive working relationships with the wider Engineering team as we scale to help them align with our customers’ needs
  • Working closely with our team of engineers and other internal stakeholders, collaborating efforts to successfully deliver our product to our customers
