Malwarebytes is looking for..  

We are looking for someone with 6+ years of experience in digital or marketing analytics space along with 4+ years of solid experience implementing and reporting with Google Analytics and GTM.  

This person will be developing and implementing Google Analytics tags including tracking pixels and specifications for new pages and features. This person will also own, manage, and audit existing analytics tracking logic and ensure accurate data capture and data analytics 


What You’ll Do: 

  • Own, maintain and manage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager platform for the organization. 
  • Strong skills in data gathering, analytics tagging and defining goals, events, and metrics. 
  • Strong experience with JavaScript & HTML for implementation of tracking codes. 
  • Define Tracking needs, produce requirements and convey it to development team. Subsequently, work with engineering to implement and QA tracking strategies. 
  • Be a liaison between Analytics, Web-dev, and Marketing teams for all things Web Analytics. 
  • Help develop and implement AB testing strategies and schedule with Web-dev team to make improvements on the site based on data. 
  • Run regular audits and keep tracking accurate. Use tools like ObservePoint to audit site tracking logic and run tag analysis. 
  • Work closely with the channels team on PPC, SEM, SEO, AdWords, Google Search.  
  • Analyze data and build reports and dashboards to support ongoing data-driven decision-making, monitor business performance, and improve the user experience. 


Skills You’ll Need to Have: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 
  • Expertise in front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS and basic design ability. 
  • Dynamic and engaging personality with a hands-on mentality and a passion for leading clients to success 
  • Familiarity with digital insights, analytic tools and Google Suite (ex: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.) 
  • Advanced understanding of SEO, SEM and AdWords principles 
  • Energetic proactive and self-motivated with a hands-on mentality and a passion for learning new technologies
