Malwarebytes is looking for.. 

Malwarebytes is looking for a Sales Enablement Program Specialist who can not only think strategically but also can execute with precision and attention to detail. This individual will work closely with the Senior Director of Managed Services alongside internal and external stakeholders to help shape the vision of a world-class sales enablement program. 


What You’ll Do: 

  • Support the delivery and management of the Services sales program. 
  • Facilitate on-demand product training programs as well as ILT webinars 
  • Assist in developing and maintaining ongoing training programs 
  • Assist with the coordination and rollout of large-scale events such as Sales Kickoff  
  • Support the design and creation of new training and enablement content 
  • Project manage programs from inception, through implementation, to iteration 
  • Define and track key performance indicators for the sales onboarding process 
  • Collect feedback and identify improvement opportunities of existing enablement programs 
  • Develop and/or deliver additional projects and programs development as assigned 


Skills You’ll Need to Have: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 
  • 2+ Years of sales enablement, product marketing and/or program management experience 
  • Strong business acumen with direct experience in service delivery business models 
  • Excellent presentation skills 
  • Experience in sales enablement including presentation and content development 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of both Learning Management and Sales Enablement platforms including Salesforce, Highspot, Docebo 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the creation of sales-focused job aids and supporting tools. 
  • Excellent listener, communicator, and presenter 
  • Highly organized and skilled at project management 
  • Ability to collaborate with many different teams and personalities 
  • Strategic, data-driven thinker 
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines 
  • Effective sales enablement professionals can put themselves in sales reps' shoes and understand every aspect of their day-to-day life. 


Nice to Have Skills: 

  • 1-3 years of Sales Enablement, Sales Training or B2B Sales experience 
  • Knowledge of sales enablement technology/software, processes, and best practices
