Malwarebytes is looking for..

Looking for a Sales Enablement Senior Manager with strong sales enablement expertise. You will act as a Go to Market (GTM) Captain, working closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and sales leadership, to ensure that our sellers learn our offerings and share the messages consistently. To do that, you will develop and deliver sales plays and enablement programs that further the understanding of our brand value, use case value propositions, and competitive positioning. You will also be an advocate for our sellers to the marketing organization, helping to ensure continual alignment and ongoing collaboration. 


What You’ll Do:

  • Understand and translate our top line messages from the marketing and product teams to drive sales comprehension and consistent articulation
  • Lead regular discussions with stakeholders in Sales to understand challenges, identify patterns and trends across the industry, and evolve strategies and approaches accordingly
  • Design and deliver enablement programs. Develop storylines, narratives, and resources to support those programs.
  • Leverage different approaches to drive adoption of enablement programs across sales teams via a variety of avenues (eLearning, Instructor led training, newsletters, team meetings, success stories, best practices etc).
  • Act as the voice of sales enablement to sellers.


Skills You’ll Need to Have:

  • Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales, and/or product marketing
  • Must have experience translating marketing strategies to sales teams
  • Significant experience with developing and delivering sales messaging and sales plays or programs
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructor led training (ILT) best practices
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects, executing on project management, managing multiple priorities, and operating in ambiguous environments
  • Experience working with sales teams and interacting with/influencing executives
  • Ability to take initiative and identify/solve complex problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
