Malwarebytes is looking for…

MSPs are foundational to the growth of Malwarebytes and we’re looking for you to join the team and take ownership of their entire partner lifecycle globally – from onboarding, to continuous enablement, through to tier advancement. You’ll be working hand-in-hand with our demand generation and sales teams to understand and contribute to their plans, and then get every new partner successfully onboarded so they’re achieving fast time-to-value. You’ll be adept at planning, building, and executing enablement programs that continuously engage our partners and support their needs in growing their Malwarebytes business, especially for our Silver, Gold, and Platinum Tier MSPs. Heading up and driving our new Partner Experience (PX) Center means you’re bringing your creativity, knowledge and enthusiasm to managing and evolving our centralized portal for all partner onboarding, engagement, training, news, product info, marketing, and enablement programs.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • PX Center: manage, maintain, and continuously develop the PX Center to ensure all materials, assets, tools, and information are updated and accurate. This will require excellent communication, collaboration and planning with the teams that provide some of this material.
  • Onboarding for Registered Tier MSPs: develop and execute automated, low-touch onboarding and enablement programs for our Registered partner tier, which is the majority of our partners.
  • Onboarding for Metal Tiers: build and continuously tailor our onboarding program for ‘Precious Metal’ Tier partners (Silver, Gold, Platinum). This is a combination of automation and manual processes, so you’ll work with internal stakeholders to assess success – based on time-to-first-deployment, and full-scale deployment of Malwarebytes in each MSP’s customer base.
  • Enablement Programs: develop, execute, track and report on the success of the programs you drive , that are enabling progression of MSPs from Registered to Silver, Silver to Gold, Gold to Platinum. We’re setting up a Tier Advancement Program that you’ll take over, manage and further develop so that we’re actively supporting every partner to thrive and grow with us
  • Metrics That Matter – Onboarding and Enablement: provide tracking, reporting, analytics, and insights on three levels: 1) exec-level reports and narrative, showing health and headwinds. 2) Management-level reports, analysis and insights that enable us to see trends, adjust and take corrective action if needed, and inform planning and strategy. 3) Day-to-day operational emails that give you the ability to spot issues quickly and take corrective actions.
  • Open Borders: communication and transparency are critical to our success, so you’ll be working closely with our colleagues in demand gen, customer marketing, product marketing, product management, partner services consultants, Marketing Academy, BizApps, and many more so they have a clear and open view to your programs and plans – and you’re engaged with their teams to get what you need to make MSP Lifecycle and Enablement successful
  • Know our MSPs: you’re passionate about making our MSPs successful, so you’re curious about what they need, where they have friction with us, and where they need our support. You’ll be listening in on sales calls, onboarding calls, business reviews, and other engagements where you can hear directly from our partners. You’ll also co-manage our Partner Advisory Council, which is run twice a year in North America, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Planning and Strategy: you’ll be the most knowledgeable person in the company when it comes to what we do to onboard and enable our MSPs, and what they need. In this position, you’ll be vital to developing our strategies and building plans that deliver on our goals and targets
  • Training & Spotlighting: as the driver of MSP success, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase the work we’re doing, give credit to those you’re collaborating with, and provide training and updates to our key stakeholder teams that use the PX Center and contribute to partner success

 

Skills we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of MSP and/or Channel experience driving partner engagement
  • Background in partner marketing, and it’s a plus if you have experience in the security industry
  • Focus on building programs and engagement that result in impactful partner outcomes
  • Strong experience in partner engagement for high-tech products and solutions
  • Exceptional writing, presentation, and verbal communications skills, with the ability to clearly and simply articulate plans, messages and results
  • Obsessed with data, results, insights, and optimization with the skill to communicate these clearly
  • Skillful at collaborating and communicating impactfully across other marketing and business functions, including stakeholders and leadership
