Sitting within the Product & Technology function you will work with all teams across Modulr, responsible for managing the delivery of multiple high-profile projects. Companies are under mounting pressure to manage their cashflow, control their costs, comply with regulations and handle complex supplier, customer and employment payment arrangements. Modulr develops cutting-edge API-first solutions that enable businesses to overcome these challenges and take control of their money. 

The key tasks of your role will include:  

  • Responsible for all aspects of the delivery of multiple simultaneous projects, being the linchpin between multiple internal and external stakeholders, including card and payment schemes and third-party suppliers. Ensuring requirements and milestones are understood and completed.
  • Able to flex your approach, adapt quickly and use initiative within a dynamic and complex environment. 
  • Detail-oriented, with an ability to understand impacts on various areas across the business, including our Operations teams, and work with these teams to design and implement new processes to support the smooth roll-out of new products.

About You: To join us as a Project Delivery Manager, you’ll need to: 

  • Experience delivering digital projects or products in a fast-paced environment.
  • An ability to take a ‘hands-on’ approach to quickly bring structure and clarity to complex projects.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a pro-active mindset to drive things forward, comfortable working with high level direction to set up and manage projects.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • An ability to track multiple projects running in parallel, managing conflicting priorities
  • Previous experience at a fast paced, hyper-growth start-up would be a plus.
  • Experience of leading projects with multiple workstreams from initiation to delivery.
