Job Description

What we need…
Within the Growth Department, you will be responsible for all Go-To-Market activities, from analyzing and identifying market opportunities to establishing and coordinating all required actions and stakeholders to launch a new market, segment or product.

What you'll do…

  • Analyze, identify, recommend and monitor revenue growth opportunities, for new scopes or within existing scopes of business
  • Define prioritisation rules and accounts to target, along the revenue funnel
  • Develop strong insights for opportunities (competitive landscape, blockers, etc.)
  • Work shoulder to shoulder with key global and local stakeholders to establish requisite resources, actions and timeline to launch a new market/segment/product
  • Define key success metrics and expected results for each GTM activity
  • Align and coordinate all approved GTM programs to ensure each stakeholder meet the defined milestones and outcomes as per the expected timeline, e.g.:

    • Work with Product Marketing on developing buyer personas, positioning, messaging and value
      propositions, and related collaterals
    • Work with Product Marketing and Sales on pricing and selling strategies
    • Partner with Product and Pre-Sales on technical or functional requirements
    • Work with the Customer Operations Teams to assess post-sales services requirements and needs to drive high customer satisfaction and retention
    • Work with the Enablement and Product Marketing teams on enablement and training materials,
      notably for BDR and Sales Teams
    • Work with Marketing and BDR on market activation (e.g., inbound/outbound)
    • Work with VP Sales on prioritization
  • Provide ongoing measurement and tracking of all active initiatives and conduct relevant post-implementation reviews and corrective actions to ensure effectiveness

  • Organize ongoing operations after launches to ensure continuity and scalability

  • Assess ROI

Likewise, you will lead our sales boosting programs, whose purpose is to accelerate the selling
or cross selling of a specific product or module to a specific target audience.

Preferred Experience

What you have…

  • 5 to 10 years of experience, in strategic consulting firms or similar GTM positions
  • You are fluent in English- French is a plus
  • You’re able to be both strategic and tactical
  • You have a strong analytical mindset, with remarkable troubleshooting skills and attention to details, ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions
  • You are a flawless communicator, presenter and networker
  • Strong listening skills; open to input from other team members and departments
  • Ability to lead through influence
  • Takes high degree of ownership over their work
  • Strong project management skills: you’re self starting and you’re able to work on own initiative, and to manage a complex project autonomously and hands-on
  • Passion for designing processes that scale
