You can be part of our team as CRM Manager (all genders).

This will be your responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end CRM strategies leveraging multiple channels such as Email, Mobile Push, and Direct Mailings. You continuously engage customers throughout the lifecycle.

  • Forecast, monitor and report on CRM campaign performance.

  • Analyze and drive campaign optimization through A/B testing.

  • You work closely with Product, Creative teams to design and launch campaigns as well as Acquisition Marketing and Customer service team to improve and synchronise the customer experience throughout the journeys.

  • You extract insights from customer data and define intelligent targeting, personalization and cross-channel communication.

 

 

Who you are

  • You successfully completed your studies with an emphasis on Marketing or a related field.

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM with a focus on customer lifecycle, retention & engagement. Experience with Customer Data Platform (CDP) is a plus.

  • You are a self-starter and are eager to make an impact. 

  • You are well organized and always communicate clearly and effectively.  

  • You have an analytical mindset, but you don’t shy away from creative challenges.

  • You are eager to learn and to innovate.

  • You are proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace and preferably have advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS and SQL.

  • You are fluent in English, German is a plus.
