We're looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in Dublin or Helsinki. Your primary responsibility will be to identify opportunities along marketing user journeys, build an experimentational backlog, and test different ideas on improving conversion to enable more users to experience our product.

With a particular focus on new acquisition, you will apply test and learn methodologies to landing pages and user flows, driving conversion metrics over time, and improving funnel metrics.
You will work closely with all members of the Marketing team as well as the cross-functionally to ensure that experimentation plans are understood and agreed to. Taking the results from these tests, compiling the insights, and using them to make data driven decisions.
The person we're looking for will be passionate about accelerating revenue, comfortable rolling up sleeves, and have a strong bias to insight-driven action.
📝 Your day-to-day work and responsibilities will include:
You will identify opportunities across our marketing and sales funnels.
You will be developing hypothesis and prioritizing opportunities.
You will analyse performance and recommend strategic and tactical changes to continuously improve.
You will utilize data & analytics in all decision making and monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
You will be working with other teams to run experiments across the funnel, improving conversion rates and increasing revenue.
You will be creating a structured process and getting buy-in.
You will continuously drive innovation and experiment with new marketing channels, tools, and creatives.
You will own & lead all future-looking ad-tech & ad ops related initiatives that will help set up our acquisition efforts & channels for success.
Ultimately, you will be finding new and innovative ways to increase revenue and meet company goals.
💪 This role is for you if you have:
5+ years experience as a Growth Marketer or similar role in a scale up or big company environment (SaaS preferred).
You are a data driven marketer with a proven track record of driving growth through innovation.
Deep understanding of growth & optimization, best practices such as A/B testing.
Good experience with a mix of work between hands-on execution and strategy.
You are intellectually curious with a passion for driving growth through innovation and experimentation.
Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability.
You know how to work cross functionally to get things done.
