Legal Counsel

We are now looking for a Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team to work closely with our CFO, Henna, and Legal Counsel, Siiri.

📝 Your day-to-day work and responsibilities will include:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements with our customers and suppliers.

• Negotiating DPAs and working with data privacy compliance matters.

• Working with various other in-house legal tasks including employment law, corporate law and technology related legal matters.

• Working closely with various teams across the company and coordinating with external law firms.

• Assisting with standardizing and developing legal processes.

🏆 What kind of talent are you?

• You have a Master’s degree in Law (OTM).

• 2+ years of work experience, including some experience in data protection law and working with commercial agreements in English.

• You are interested in data protection laws and compliance matters. You are also interested in developing yourself further in different fields of law.

• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
