As the Sales Operations Assistant for our 'Rest of World' region based in the UK you will sit within the Operations department and report into the Sales Operations Team Leader. You will support the Sales Team and work as an important link between Finance, Dispatch and other teams across the wider business.

You Will:

  • Work with the personal shoppers in the Sales Team to coordinate purchasing documents and ensure prompt submission to Finance
  • Assemble Purchasing Documents report and send to the Sales Team management
  • Manage purchase declarations
  • Manage online order confirmations in group email inbox
  • Support in providing daily sales figures updates

You Have:

  • Experience working in a busy commercial environment with multiple projects and deadlines
  • Knowledge of high net worth sales
  • Prior administrative experience
  • Competent with spreadsheets such as Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Good head for numbers and attention to detail
  • Social media wise and confident learning new platforms
