About The Role

Reachdesk is looking for a Marketing Data Assistant to join our fast-growing team. In this exciting role, you will be the driving force behind the success of our Business Development team. You’ll be responsible for carrying out highly targeted data research to uncover businesses and individuals that meet the Reachdesk ICP and building comprehensive lists based on a variety of metrics.

  • Experience using tools such as Hubspot, ZoomInfo and other data research tools is ideal but not essential 


  • Building, updating & maintaining comprehensive data lists for the Business Development team 
  • Cleaning data and fastidiously maintaining data hygiene in our CRM (Hubspot)
  • Identifying opportunities to expand the Reachdesk ICP 
  • Developing strong commercial awareness around the B2B SaaS industry
  • Maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective accounts 
  • Utilising tools such as ZoomInfo, LeadIQ and many more to mine and input data as well as ensure accuracy and freshness of data
  • Research accounts for targeting based on customer alignments, technographics and competitors
