As the Lifecycle Marketing Director, you will be the second most senior member of the global marketing team. Reporting to the Global VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for building a comprehensive marketing strategy across the entire customer lifecycle, from new business to customer expansion.

Responsible for overseeing several marketing departments, including Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, Account-Based Marketing and Partner Marketing, you will be a confident and empathetic leader, encouraging collaboration and alignment between all of your teams.

What will be your responsibilities for this role?

  • Work with the Global VP of Marketing on budgets, distribution, attribution and tracking for marketing attribution modelling purposes - you will be an expert here 
  • Build a lifecycle strategy and plan from net new business through to customer expansion 
  • Manage and build a team of performance-driven experts 
  • Build out processes for exceptional ABM execution across the full customer lifecycle 
  • We work as one team with the BDR’s, you will need to support the team with campaigns, and digital activity to drive velocity and awareness
  • Work with marketing and sales operations to ensure data-driven processes and decisions
  • Drive a global demand-generation strategy across industries, regions and personas
  • Lead a comprehensive digital marketing campaign calendar—designed to drive revenue growth through various programs for our target accounts
  • Build out persona automated marketing designed to facilitate prospects throughout the full RD buyer journey
  • Build processes for effective marketing including lead scoring, reporting, attribution and performance 
  • Work with the team to ensure optimization of paid demand generation programs including SEM, paid social, as well as A/B testing strategy
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team and third party vendors to ensure alignment and collaboration 
  • Collaborate closely with global sales and enablement counterparts to ensure a seamless, strategic hand-off between sales and marketing for all target account activity and tracking 
  • Be obsessed with key metrics and general performance

  • You will have worked in a marketing management role for 6+ years 
  • You will have worked in the B2B tech SaaS space for 3+ years 
  • You will be a strong revenue marketer, passionate about the full lifecycle 
  • You will have managed and hired people before
