In this mission, we are looking for a future Nexthinker to strengthen our Learning & Development programs.

  • Work with teams and managers on their strategic learning & development (L&D) requests: training needs definition, design and implementation, feedback collection and follow-up.
  • Support the organization of companywide L&D initiatives, in collaboration with our Sales and Engineering Enablement teams.
  • Use instructional design principles to continuously update and improve our current L&D programs.
  • Manage our Employee Success budget and act as a point of contact for teams and managers questions.
  • Develop our Learning Experience Platforms offering (LXP) and promote them to the business.
  • Work on the launch of our new Career & Mobility program, that could include in the long term: short-term assignments, cross-functional projects, employee resource groups, internal coaching and mentoring, job shadowing, career paths and competencies models.
  • Support occasionally the roll-out of other programs such as Onboarding and/or Leadership with internal and external facilitators.
  • Collect feedback from facilitators, coaches, managers and participants to continuously improve our programs.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR communication team to promote all our L&D programs.

Qualifications

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar position or in a HR role
  • Knowledge of L&D environment and instructional design methodologies
  • Experience in a software start-up or scale-up company is a plus
  • Smart, proactive, friendly, rigorous, resilient and well organized
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, ever-changing and international environment

  • Fluent English is mandatory, other languages (French or Spanish) an asset
  • Business school or University, Bachelor or Master
