  • Provide support to the HR Business Partners with People Operations initiatives and projects
  • Prepare and send offer letters and employee change letters 
  • Support onboarding of new hires
  • Collect and analyze HR data, maintain HR dashboards 
  • Help in creation of process to streamline business operations 
  • Data Entry: Act as the database admin for our HRIS and maintain employee records and files with utmost confidentiality and accuracy
  • Compliance: 
    • Verify and maintain current I-9 documentation 
    • Stay up to date with labor laws postings for offices and remote employees
  • Employment verification: Provide employee information (call, forms, emails, etc)
  • Background check implementation 
  • Terminations: Prepare termination packages 
  • Confidentiality: Ensure that all information, data, and conversations are held in complete confidence


  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in administration and/or office management
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy and organization. Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and initiative, as well as the ability to work independently, combined with the skills for thriving in a team environment to achieve shared goals
  • High professional and ethical standards for handling sensitive and confidential information
  • The ability to move quickly from task to task with high attention to detail and to stay several steps ahead to anticipate the needs of employees and teammates 
  • High energy, engaging level of enthusiasm and sense of humor to contribute to the positive company culture
  • Proficiency in Google Suite Products - Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, etc. and Microsoft Office Suite
