As Brands Operations Assistant in the Operations department you’ll be reporting into the Head of Brands Operations, supporting the end to end direct-from-brands purchasing process and acting as the key Ops link between Threads Brands Partners, Brands, Finance, Dispatch and other teams across the wider business. Please note this role is a 9 months fixed term contract.

You Will:

  • Manage the E2E direct-from-brands order management process, while acting as a bridge between the Sales Team and Threads Brands Partners
  • Operates as point of contact for operational questions and processes with Threads brands partners.
  • Closely collaborate and be a trusted partner of the Brand and Sales teams
  • Support Finance team in matching company purchases and provide all the necessary information to ensure correct reporting and order process
  • Support Dispatch team in providing logistics service and eliminate blockers

You Have:

  • Fast-paced commercial or admin role experience
  • Experience in support functions roles
  • The ability to communicate across various stakeholder levels
  • Strong organisational skills
  • successfully delivered different deadlines and projects
