Job Description

What we need...

As a key member of the Global Demand Generation Team, the Content Marketing Manager will help shape YOOBIC’s messaging, identify content marketing opportunities and gaps, lead the creation and promotion of content across various formats, and channels and support YOOBIC’s demand generation and awareness efforts. Leveraging market trends and alignment to the Go To Market plan, you’ll develop and execute the content marketing needs across the buyer’s journey and key personas.

The successful candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, a creative eye, and an in-depth understanding of adapting content to B2B buyers across various channels and buying stages.

What you do...

  • Develop a comprehensive content strategy that addresses both business goals and buyer needs and is consistent with YOOBIC’s brand, product, and image.
  • Stay up to date on market trends and relevant industry news to suggest new content based on objectives, channel/tactic, and past performance.
  • Lead the development and create various types of engaging contents - whitepapers, e-books, case studies, one-pagers, landing pages, blogs, infographics, surveys, slides, email, social media posts, banner copy, etc.
  • Develop end-to-end campaigns and programs to promote contents, from planning to execution to tracking results.
  • Manage YOOBIC’s blog strategy, optimize all content for SEO, and post content on the appropriate channels to amplify both internally and externally.
  • Work with the extended marketing team to collaborate on key projects, launches, and campaigns as the key contributor for messaging needs, content development, and final reviews.
  • Develop our social media calendar and manage our social media channels.

  • Manage translation and localization of content to support campaigns France, Italy and Spain.
  • Ensure best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and style to ensure consistency of content with professional quality standards, brand, and tone.
  • Identify content performance KPIs and continue to refine the content strategies based on performance metrics.

Preferred Experience

What you have...

  • 5+ years experience writing and developing content for a B2B tech company.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Demonstrable experience creating Content Marketing deliverables including: whitepapers, blogs, emails and case studies in similar business environments.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Well versed in SEO and up to date on the latest technologies and best practices.
  • A creative storyteller with a passion for technology and the impact it has on business.
  • A deep understanding of integrated marketing tactics and how to adapt content and messaging accordingly.
  • Strong project management skills and effective communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Marketing Automation tools such as Hubspot.
  • Results-oriented with a deep sense of accountability and the ability to drive large projects with urgency from start to finish, achieving the intended business impact.
  • A ‘get it done’ attitude; resourceful and creative.
  • You act with empathy and communicate with honesty, candor, and respect.
