Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to strengthen our Global Sales Operations.

From Boston (MA), this role will be reporting directly to our Senior Director of Pricing & Packaging. The Sr. Deal Desk Analyst will work closely with all Sales functions globally (Sales, Pre-Sales, Channel, MSP team), Finance, Legal and Security organization, and will bring business insights, coaching and ultimately increase velocity of our Sales engine.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Deal Desk, securing smoothness and velocity.
    • Manage the queue / Organize Deal review / Drive timely decision making / Secure Deal Desk output / Measure, Report and Define Deal Desk Activity SLA.
  • Review complex deals and provide recommendations in terms of Price positioning and Structure.
    • First point of Contact for Sales.
  • Review and Approve Partner contracts terms.
  • Facilitate Contract Reviews /red lining.
  • Support Sales Team in responding to RFPs RFQs.
  • Secure Communication flow and Auditable Approvals and Records over Deviations to the standard Terms and Conditions.
  • Help Steer Cloud Migration.
  • Document Policies and Guideline and Deliver associated Sales Training.
  • Support related projects (new process requirements, system enhancement etc…).

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree Preferred 
  • Software Industry experience a must.
  •  Deal Desk and Complex Deals support a must.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Very Strong Business Acumen.
  • Sense of ownership, Result driven.
  • Passion for Business support, and extra mile mindset.
  • Process and System oriented with great attention to details and controls.
  • Ability to multi-task in high pace work environment while respecting tight deadlines.
  • Team player - Interpersonal communication skills.
  • Understand Data Management criticality.
  • Strong command on Microsoft Office.
