We’re looking for a Lead Analyst to join the Marketing Analytics team!


🧩 You will make an impact by…

Defining new and existing Key Performance Indicators and other business metrics in close partnership with leaders across the organization. Also, your ability to work with the different marketing teams and improve marketing strategies through actionable insights to make Supermetrics engaging to our customers! 

Ideally, you’ll be located in Dublin or Helsinki. Nevertheless, we work tightly together online by having daily catch-ups with the team!


📝 Your day-to-day work and responsibilities will include:

  • Developing new data requirements, maintaining automated dashboards, and analyzing marketing performance

  • Collaborate with business partners to manage intake, roadmap, prioritize, and manage the team against key initiatives

  • Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends in our marketing data to identify opportunities as well as develop a firm grasp of the current and potential marketing channels

  • Develop tools that articulate areas of opportunity across the marketing funnel and drive actionable insights

  • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to define the future of data for Supermetrics, with a particular focus on usability of data for marketing and sales

  • Design and delivery of marketing analytics problems around customer segmentation, attribution, lift studies to answer core marketing questions

  • Work closely with other data teams across Supermetrics to ensure the ongoing evolution and improvement of our data assets


💪 This role is for you if you have:

  • Senior-level experience (6+ years) with data analytics, and the ability to prioritize across competing opportunities

  • Experience with mentoring and hiring junior analysts; Lead experience is a plus

  • Proficiency with SQL, Looker, BigQuery, R, and other analytical languages, tools, or platforms

  • Solid quantitative and analytical skills and knowledge of statistics (hypothesis testing, regression, experimentation logic and biases, etc.)

  • Comfort producing and analyzing data to report on progress and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey intricate ideas in a simple, clear, and concise way

  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams

  • Prior work experience in a Saas Business or marketing analytics problems like Attribution, Customer Segmentation, MMM, Lift studies is a BIG plus
