What we need

 

We’re growing and looking for more Presales Engineers/Solutions Consultants to join our French team in Paris!
It’s an exciting time to join YOOBIC and as our Presales Engineer, you’ll partner with our sales team (Account Executives and Account Managers) throughout the different stages of the sales cycle.

The Presales team is the technical advisor to our sales team, helping them in technical focused conversations, strategy, ROI building and deal brainstorming to help deliver value to prospective customers. Overall, Presales is the prime contact on technical and value conversations when selling to stakeholders ranging from C-Level Execs to front-line users.

As well as sales, the Presales team also partner with our Product team on improving our product offering based on insights from working on deals.

 

 

What you'll do

  • Professionally and independently conduct discovery conversations and needs analysis for both business and technical topics
  • Actively strategize with sales team and account managers on the best positioning to have on deals
  • Create demonstrations of the product and craft effective narratives to support them
  • Influence and educate clients that YOOBIC’s solution will best satisfy their needs in terms of ease of use, quality, benefit, and value
  • Drive business case workshops with prospects
  • Lead in all technical aspects of the sales process
  • Assist with definition and execution of successful pilots, where appropriate
  • Participate in building finetuned respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Ensure a smooth handover of each client to the Customer Implementation team
  • Provide product feedback and suggestions to the Product team

What you have...

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical focused field or a combination of education and experience in: Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration
  • You will be a problem solver that digests information and delivers quickly, implying to be comfortable understanding technical details and explain them simply
  • Be able to seize the initiative and attack any problems or areas of improvement you find – with the confidence to provide solutions
  • You’ll want to have client engagement, and develop communication skills
  • Be ready to adapt fast and work in an international environment
  • Strong ability to manage multiple, complex sales opportunities simultaneously
  • Strategic thinker with a strong technical and analytical aptitude
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and team-oriented
  • Positive, service-oriented personality
  • You will demonstrate true interest in start-ups and new technologies
  • You will be ready to travel to client sites across Europe (When COVID is over ;)

Extra dose of awesome if you have…

  • Additional fluent European languages skills (esp. Spanish or Italian)
  • Knowledge in API, BI, Json, HTML, Database, SaaS technologies
