What we need…

We're looking for a talented Customer Success intern to join our Customer Success team in Paris working with our worldwide clients. You will directly report to one of our market leaders, and will join a dynamic and fast-growing team which generates significant contribution to YOOBIC DNA and goals.

As part of your role, you'll be working on multiple clients in parallel, in different geographies and industries. You'll be responsible for delivering paid-services to VIP clients, from creating new content in the platform to training their users. You'll be working with multiple experienced Customer Success Managers, and be fully responsible for the process with your clients.

This role will wear many hats (project manager, consultanting, product expert) and is a great way to discover many aspects and the world of Customer Success!



What you'll do…

  • Manage and grow relationship with key client stakeholders
  • Manage and grow relationship with key client stakeholders
  • Responsibility and engagement on simultaneous deliveries for clients
  • Deliver on time and within budget high-quality YOOBIC services
  • Understand clients’ needs
  • Participate to meetings with clients
  • Identify new commercial opportunities
  • Take a proactive approach to client issue resolution
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure total client satisfaction and retention
  • Work closely with the Development and Product teams to participate in the evolution of the app based on market requirements


What you have...

  • Technical and/or analytical degree
  • (ex: Computer Science, Engineering, Sciences, Finances, Economics, Logistics, Business, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel required (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP, etc..)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proactive and “get things done” attitude
  • Able to learn fast and solve problem
  • Able to multi-tasks and work in a fast paced environment
  • Resourceful, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and to work within an international environment
  • Intellectually curious, tenacious and organised
  • Interest in start-ups and new technologies
  • Languages: Fluent in both English and French. Additional languages (German, Spanish, Italian,...) is an extra dose of awesome!
