About the role and about You:

Established in 2014 as a tech business, we are now expanding and are in the process of launching a number of at-home fitness products that Zwift will manufacture and deliver directly to customers all over the world. This is a big and exciting change for us, and because of this, we are looking to build a global Supply Chain team.

You will be responsible for our Reverse Logistics on a global basis, we are launching new products quickly and we want to maintain being a market leader, so this role is pivotal to our success. You will be responsible for developing our global network of service partners to deliver our returns and repair service, whilst focusing on improving customer service and reducing waste! You will be a global subject matter expert, so we are looking for someone up for building something new, who loves a challenge, and loves engaging with stakeholders both internally and externally on a global basis! 

Our recently launched Reverse Logistics team is on a mission to build a best in class returns and repair experience. The Sr Specialist role will be responsible for executing the returns and repair program by delivering on our KPIs, building strong relationships with customer service and warehouse teams, and by always looking for ways we can make improvements for the customer. This role will report into the Lead Reverse Logistics Manager

• Execute our global returns and repairs program, creating a market leading service that delights our customers. 
• Working closely with customer service to improve our customer journey and ensure our customers are happy every time!
• Delivering on our service and quality KPIs
• Building excellent relationships with our service providers, creating a partnership that delivers the highest quality of service. 
• Continually looking to improve our returns and repair process, keeping an eye on evolving processes and technologies to ensure we remain best in class.
• Being part of a cross functional team that ensures our customer retention targets are met and exceeded.

What we’re looking for: (5-6 bullets, what must the candidate be capable of, avoid being too prescriptive about their background, focus on ability instead)

• A degree in a supply chain, mathematical, business, engineering or other relevant subject.
• 2+ years in a Logistics role, you will bring subject matter expertise to our business. 
• Experience within the consumer electronics, electrical or mechanical manufacturing industry.
• You will be able to show multiple examples of supplier management, with examples of making improvements and setting up new things.
• You have an eye for detail and care about customer service and be constantly looking for new ways to improve on what we do!
• You will be a natural problem solver and like looking for ways to make things better.

 Bonus points:

• Experience within the consumer electronics, electrical or mechanical manufacturing industry.
• Experience working 3PL - third party logistics companies.
• Experience with Netsuite ERP.
