What you can expect to be doing all day. You and your team will be:

  • Crafting the ‘what’s in it for me?’ / customer-problem-Modulr-solution / reasons to buy
    for our products
  • Creating product content (variety of formats)
  • Market research / testing messaging and propositions
  • Reacting quickly to learnings in terms of performance
  • Interpretation of applicable regulation / management of content for different regions
  • Managing localisation of content and customer experiences

Skills you’ll need

  • Line management (not just assigning tasks, but also sharing important communications,
    giving feedback, stretching talent and managing performance etc)
  • To be a person in influence/senior leader/cultural driver in an organisation
  • A natural storyteller
  • Ability to make the complex simple
  • Technical understanding
  • Multi channel experience
  • Robust process management for regulated content (sign off/storage etc)

Attributes or behaviours you’ll need

  • Ability to work with technical people and get into the weeds of a topic to properly
    understand it
  • Strong/resilient enough to engage with the sales team and get stuff to “stick” to them
  • Know when “good enough” is good enough (ie can find the right balance between pace
    and perfection)
  • Customer facing; need to be confident and comfortable in front of customers
