The Solution Engineering team is the linchpin of our sales organisation and the most important tasks land on our desk. When something is urgent or pressing, then we are there. In short: we rock the show! Help us to spread the "human firewall" even further!

At SoSafe, you have the chance to actively shape our exiting transition from a start-up to becoming Europe's leading cyber-security provider. In the last 3 years, we have grown to over 250 people, gained two international investors and currently serve over 1000 customers of all sizes and across all industries with our SaaS solution. 
YOUR MISSION
  • You support the sales team in demonstrating the compelling value of our platform.
  • You provide technical advice when connecting Active Directories and Single Sign-On solutions as well as integrating our e-learning modules into learning management systems etc.
  • You independently set up awareness measures that knock people's socks off.
  • You draw on data to help you initialise and evaluate phishing simulations in a way that convinces our clients-to-be.
  • You answer questions about the functional scope of our product range as well as data protection and information security in complex tender processes.
  • You work closely with our product, marketing, legal and security experts.
  • With us, you will advance to being a highly sought-after expert for cyber security awareness solutions.
YOUR PROFILE
  • You should have some previous experience in IT. We are not looking for developers, but when push comes to shove, you should be able to use our "HTML" editor.
  • Prior experience in the implementation or sales of software-as-a-service tools is an advantage.
  • Don't wait too long! We'll throw you in at the deep end and make you part of a team of solution-oriented people. Don't be shy about it.  
  • Very good knowledge of German and English.
  • You are a team player and can enjoy an occasional after-work drink ( only virtual at the moment).
  • You can start with us as soon as possible.
  • And if you don't have a sense for British humour yet, our Solution Engineering team will fix that for free!
