Your mission

As a product manager, you will lead the discovery, delivery, and stakeholder management of JellyStudio which is a scalable post production marketplace platform leveraging data to deliver overperforming digital content. We aim to make JellyStudio become the one stop shop for all the digital post production needs of all video creators.

At Jellysmack, our product tribes are addressing a variety of problem spaces:

• JellyPulse: How do we detect the most promising Creators among the millions that exist, test their affinity for a target platform, and make them an offer based on predicted results?
• JellyBoard: How do we create the best creator-facing user experience to facilitate onboarding, reporting, and adoption of our wide range of services?
• JellyCore: How do we optimize Creators’ video content across platforms to maximize their performance?
• JellyStudio: How do we scale our video editing post-production operations to support an ever-expanding number of Creators?
• JellyBoost: How do we boost our Creators’ social media presence to make them reach their full potential as fast as possible?
• JellyFi: Which financial services can we provide to creators to help them scale their business faster?
• JellyPower: Which tools and AI automation can we provide to our editors to increase the quality and speed of their work?
• JellyTrade: How can we leverage the latest blockchain technologies to build new kinds of creator communities and incremental revenue streams?

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Define and execute the strategy, roadmap, and backlog of your squad (developers and data scientists)
• Lead collaboration between engineering, design, data science, video editors, community managers, and Creators
• Deeply understand Creators and how Jellysmack can best help them grow their business
• Articulate a clear and compelling vision and ensure that everyone knows and cares about the vision
• Track, analyze, and understand users’ behaviors and prioritizes accordingly
• Work with the squad to refine and improve the development process
• Represent the product vision at agile ceremonies
• Follow-up the sprints and make sure that functional scope is respected

• At least 3 years of experience defining and driving product and go-to-market strategies in a product function or as an entrepreneur.
• Technical proficiency e.g., the ability to gain an in-depth understanding of software systems and data science.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems.
• You’re a creative problem-solver who loves collaborating across the company with engineering, design, customers, and stakeholders.
• You're a team player, e.g you'll do whatever it takes to make your squad successful.
• Professional English level.
