Web Lead
YOUR MISSION
- Drive continuous evolution and optimization of the site, leveraging CRO techniques to constantly improve conversions rates
- Collaborate with our SEO Manager to ensure our SEO strategy is constantly being implemented and evolved
- Establish the processes to identify and troubleshoot website issues
- Improve user experience regularly
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites
- Ensure full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations
- Create strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics
- Collaborate with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards
- Ensure that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures
- Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans
YOUR PROFILE
- At least 5 years of experience in managing corporate websites in multiple languages
- Excellent web development skills
- Experience with Jira, or similar tools, required
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, other CMS platforms are desirable
- Experience in B2B managing websites that work as lead generation engines
- UX/UI knowledge
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to define priorities and allocate resources accordingly, and to coordinate project teams comprised of internal and external partners
- Ability to delegate key tasks, with the capability to be hands-on when necessary
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and in teams: a strong collaborator and problem-solver, who can work effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Excellent professional level of English (C2 or equivalent), German, or another European language a plus
