Professional Services Manager
YOUR MISSION
- Together with sales and customer success partners, you will consult with customers to understand their learning needs, and scope custom content solutions
- Use modern authoring tools (ie. ActivePresenter, Storyline) to implement custom solutions within SoSafe’s product suite
- End-to-End project manage the delivery of custom content projects
- Collaborate with our e-learning designers and engineers to provide customer feedback on our content library, and how we can better meet evolving industry needs
- Ensure consistent CI/CD and participate in our technical quality assurance process
YOUR PROFILE
- You develop your tasks independently and enjoy bringing learning content to life in a playful and interactive way.
- You understand the technical development of learning content in the form of e-learning, and experience with authoring tools (Storyline, ActivePresenter or similar)
- Ideally, you have experience in product design (UI/UX), or in JavaScript
- Knowledge of graphic applications such as Adobe Suite or similar round off your profile
- You have a keen eye for the "big picture" and are your own biggest critic
- You are a team player and love cross-functional collaboration with a range of technical experts
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both German and English
