We are looking for an email marketing manager to own our email marketing strategy during an exciting period of international growth.
E-Mail Marketing Manager
YOUR MISSION
- Manage and build overall email marketing strategy. Segment our database and create email flows to nurture the different personas within our audience.
- Establish the processes to collect and respond to email requests coming from internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure that our email communications comply with GDPR
- Determine email marketing KPIs and own reporting
- With the support of the content & design teams, write email copy and create email templates
- Develop an iterative testing strategy to gain insights and continually improve the customer experience through optimized messaging and targeting
YOUR PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably within a high-growth, B2B SaaS company
- Experience with email platforms. HupSpot is a plus.
- Experience in setting up automated marketing communication, audience segmentation and targeting
- Highly data-driven with a proven track record of optimizing email programs to drive overall company goals and metrics
- Familiarity with email best practices and industry trends
- Highly organized and ability to meet deadlines with quick turnaround time frames and revision rounds
- Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
