About the role and about You:

We are looking for a top-notch Product Marketing Manager. This position is about championing the role and value of Zwift hardware in the Zwift customer journey, to simplify the purchasing experience, ultimately drive more subscriptions, and improve the experience for current Zwifters. To this end, you will manage hardware specific marketing projects and play a critical role in integrating our hardware + software messaging. You will collaborate day to day with Zwift’s Connected Products (Hardware) team, work closely with the Product and Strategy teams, and play a central role in achieving our sales goals. This is a highly transversal role that is crucial to Zwift’s future success. Fast paced, hard work, maybe a bit of sweat...but loads of fun. Let’s roll. 

What you'll do:

  • Partner day to day with the Connected Products team to bring to market, and retail the Zwift Connected Products portfolio.
  • Define Product Value Proposition for Prospects (new acquisition) & Customers (upgrades).
  • Manage the development and implementation of our hardware go to market strategy.
  • Manage Zwift Connected Products creative campaigns development and execution from briefing to delivery on all paid, owned and earned touch points including advertising, social, website, email, PR, influencers and sponsored athletes.
  • Partner with the Software Marketing team to develop and deliver an integrated Hardware + Software messaging into the market.
  • Collaborate with the Data & Insights team and Strategy team to conduct customer research and bring market insights into the development of new hardware products and confirm product-market fit.
  • Partner with Product, Acquisition and Strategy teams to forecast product demand across countries and channels.
  • Have an intimate understanding of key target audiences.
  • Review competitive offerings, helping our teams stay up to speed on the latest industry trends.
  • Help manage and track the Connected Products Marketing budget.

What you'll have: 

  • 3+ years of Client and/or Agency (creative/media) marketing experience within Brand Development and/or Product Marketing including:
    • A track record of developing successful strategic year-long marketing plans and channel specific tactics.
    • Experience translating consumer insights into actionable and compelling marketing briefs inclusive of comms strategy, tactics, channel messaging and campaign KPIs.
    • Strong project management, problem solving, planning and delivery with ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to execute plans.
  • Previous background in B2C marketing preferred, with experience in consumer tech brands, preferably across health/wellness/sport/tech categories and integrated hardware & software.
  • Strong quantitative analytical ability and familiarity with marketing analytics.
  • Genuine interest in and curiosity in cycling as a sport and as an industry. Previous experience in the sports industry is a plus, being a cyclist (and a Zwifter) is a major plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
