About the team

The Finance IT Systems’ mission is to provide reliable solutions which translate operational processes into financial data, while enabling strategic decision making. We have been on a journey to revolutionize the way our department works with the recent implementation of SAP S/4HANA and OneStream.

About you & what you’ll do here

You will join a team of experienced professionals who have been working on the implementation of S/4HANA and OneStream from its inception. You will report to the Head of Finance Systems and be responsible for ensuring that a superior support framework is delivered to the business.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP is a plus) or other business systems
  • SAP Procure-to-Pay Workstream Lead: Be the Business Analyst in P2P, having ownership on process design and working closely with Accounting Services (AP) team to provide support
    • SAP Materials Management training will be provided
    • Technical SAP support will be provided by a team of external consultants
  • You are well versed in Atlassian tools and will take ownership over the team’s support processes and tools:
    • Daily review of Jira tickets
    • Support Scrum related meetings (sprint planning, review, stand ups, etc)
    • Ensure all communication channels are watched and taken care of
    • Ensure documentation quality
    • Liaise with business stakeholders to ensure training needs are met
    • Jira and Confluence maintenance
    • Manage support queue and triage of tickets with respective owners whenever needed
    • Be the main point of contact for Finance Systems’ support towards the business
    • Own Finance Systems related documentation and training frameworks

You will support the expansion of S/4HANA’s adoption across GetYourGuide with the implementation of new processes in the system. Some upcoming projects in our roadmap are:

  • Billing
  • Payment Integrations
  • OCR and Process automations
  • Tax Reporting
  • Inventory Management
