Revenue Operations Manager

Your Mission

• You track and interpret our sales KPIs and pipeline data
• You control and optimize the resources we use
• You bring in your ideas and experience regarding pricing and contingent design
• You create regular reports, forecasts and statistics for management
• You observe the market continuously and adjust our strategy profitably
• You are the interface between different stakeholders
• You further develop our existing processes

Your Profile

• You have several years of experience in sales, revenue management or a similar role
• You have strong analytical skills and experience in performing complex analyses
• You have excellent market knowledge and the ability to establish a profitable strategy
• You like to take responsibility and do not lose sight of the interests of different stakeholders
• You describe yourself as detail-oriented and numerically minded
• You are a team player and open-minded for a (currently only virtual) after-work drink
• You can start with us as soon as possible
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
