Working Student Corporate Communications

As Working Student Corporate Communications you will support us in shaping our company image and delivering our vision to become the industry leader. Collaborating across the organization, you will work within the Corporate Communications team to communicate relevant corporate topics proactively and creatively across all channels. We are looking for someone who is extremely driven, full of energy and ideas to create stories and drive awareness in the fast-moving world of Cyber Security. The ideal candidate has a passion to learn about multi-stakeholder communication across B2B frameworks, about the market dynamics and about the (tech) media landscape across Europe.

Your mission

• You support in the creation of a wide range of communications materials including communications plans, press releases, and reactive statements
• You are a research hero and help us to stay informed about industry news, issues and trends
• You support in preparing messaging and talking points for spokespeople for media interviews or speaking opportunities
• You support in creating and nurturing our PR network with journalists, politicians, other startups, thought leaders and other external stakeholders
• You support in securing speaking opportunities to drive visibility and thought leadership
• You assist in a media training program, ensuring spokespeople are aligned on messaging and prepared for all press briefings and opportunities

Your profile

• You are completing your bachelor’s or master‘s degree in communications, journalism, business, or a related field
• You have first experience in communication roles either in-house or within an agency (B2B or startup experience is a plus) 
• Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills in German & English
• You are creative and have first experience in writing content
• Excellent attention to detail, with a solution-oriented mindset
• Hands-on mentality and eager to learn and develop
• You are a team player
• High interest in technology and cyber security is a plus
• You can start as soon as possible and would be available for 10-20 hours per week
