Featurespace is looking for an enthusiastic Functional AML Consultant to join our Delivery team, working in our Cambridge or London.

In your role as Functional AML Consultant 1 you will help us achieve our goals and deliver success on behalf of our customers by:

  • Being responsible for the elicitation of customer journeys and capture of requirements during customer project implementations, ensuring that they are reflected within our tailored ARIC Risk Hub solutions
  • Being responsible for defining the bespoke customer data schemas that form the foundation of the customers implementation based on their existing or new event flows enabling a user interface and reporting solution that fits each customers requirement

Day to Day

  • Working directly with customers (internal and external) during a project delivery to gain detailed understanding of the customer, system, process and data. Leading workshops and ensuring that their requirements are fully extracted, captured and understood by the Featurespace internal delivery teams, and incorporated to deliver an optimal ARIC solution
  • Responsibility for creating functional solution design, requirements traceability, user and process flow documentation
  • Holding a solid understanding of how the ARIC platform functionalities work in conjunction with the product solutions, including constraints, limitations and best practices and using this to guide customers in integrating their data and tailoring the platform configurations to suit their needs
  • Communicating with internal/external customers providing feedback and recommendations back to business stakeholders (SME’s/Product Management/Marketing/Delivery)
  • Partaking in and contributing to product development working groups, working alongside SMEs, product and UI teams to represent the customer desires/wishes and identify opportunities to design features that improve the platform offering
  • Support project delivery teams to land projects successfully. Providing strong business analysis, process and technical understanding to the team
  • Providing detailed analysis to support opportunity and commercial proposition
