Job Description

Nexthink is looking for a Campaign Operations Specialist to build out and support the customer journey. As a member of the Marketing Operations Team, you will work closely with the Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Partner Marketing teams to build and monitor programs in Marketo, evaluate success and identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance in our marketing efforts. This position offers the opportunity to partner with a supportive, fun-loving, and talented team of professionals with expertise in various MarTech platforms. 

Main functions:

  • Build and execute programs in Marketo 
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for all EMEA campaigns 
  • Partner with Demand Generation team to build and optimize nurture programs 
  • Build reporting and analytics to provide insight into program health and opportunities 
  • Proactively identify gaps and opportunities in campaign plans for optimization 
  • Handle high volume requests each week while delivering high-quality work 
  • Be a resource internally to help troubleshoot obstacles 
  • QA work done by team members

Qualifications

  •  
  • The ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail 
  • A collaborative and proactive workstyle, willing to ask questions and consider alternative viewpoints 
  • A growth mindset 
  • An ability to create and follow process specifications, including detailed QA 
  • 2+ years of experience working with Marketo. 
  • Experience working with CRM system (Salesforce preferred) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication 
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
