About this Role

We’re currently looking for a personable SDR Team lead to support our SDR team based across the US. Your mission is to personally build a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team and to grow, support and motivate your team in overachieving on their individual targets. This role will involve the management, mentoring and strategy of the SDR’s to build a high performing SDR function. This is an incredibly exciting time to join the Red Sift team and play a key role in achieving our company’s expansion goals.

Duties And Responsibilities

 

  • Establish and maintain process

  • Recruit, lead, coach and motivate a growing SDR team

  • Work closely with the wider Sales teams and organisation: Marketing and Sales Ops

  • Focus the efforts predominantly on outbound prospecting and pipeline development

  • Implement SDR Playbook and communication cadencing

  • Help and support each SDR in constant skill development

  • Build, track and optimize all processes surrounding top of funnel execution

  • Ensure quality and depth of the data in Salesforce

  • Work with the team on forecast predictability and accuracy

  • Provide regular feedback to management on team and individual performance identifying areas for growth, improvement and development

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of outbound prospecting experience

  • At least 2 years of team management experience

  • High level of energy to manage and lead a young team

  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform highly regarded
