About this Role
As Red Sift’s Marketing and Website Content Designer you will be responsible for the development and creation of visual assets in support of marketing campaigns and assets across a range of mediums. As a key part of the Marketing team, you will be a brand and website guardian to shape the evolution of the brand and how prospects are introduced to Red Sift via our digital front door. .
We are looking for an individual with a fine eye for detail, and keen interest in building out Red Sift’s presence on key platforms as a leader in the cybersecurity space.

Duties And Responsibilities
Brainstorm and create visually compelling stories for marketing assets which may include website, presentations, social media graphics, printed collateral, videos, animations, exhibition stands, etc.
Support content and partner marketing efforts by providing assets for blog articles, monthly newsletters and ongoing demand generation and brand campaigns.
Work cross-functionally with the content marketing and product marketing teams to craft slide decks, case studies and datasheets for the company's target market.
Ensure design and user experience consistency from the website through to the product, collaborate closely with the development team on user design and experience.
Creation and maintain event brand merchandise and supporting material such as business cards.
Work alongside our digital marketing manager to continuously improve the current website to drive maximum traffic and boost lead conversion.
Oversee website content with a detailed eye on the buyer journey, conversion opportunities, and performance optimization.
Tell the Red Sift story through images and visual messaging, including video, across a variety of platforms including reports, whitepapers, infographics, social channels, etc.
Produce Banners and Ad design (concept and content led by digital marketer).
Ensure all brand guidelines for graphic and web design are met and maintained consistently.
Continually iterate on concepts in an effort to make the brand relevant and relatable to our audience(s).
Qualifications and experience
Ability to build genuine connections with product, content and partner marketing.
Demonstrable experience in graphic design working within a marketing, advertising, agency or in-house environment, with strong preference towards experience in SaaS web marketing.
Demonstrated expertise overseeing marketing aspects of website and knowledge of key conversion metrics focused on conversion rate optimization.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Design, Marketing Design or related field.
Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Google Workspace.
Background in designing brand marketing assets and creating social content (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
Video editing experience (Premiere Pro, After Effects) a must to support our social media manager and product demo animations.
Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and willingness to try new designs or dynamic tools to improve website engagement and conversions.
Experience designing landing pages, data visualizations, infographics and other marketing-focused web pages.
Basic knowledge of coding (HTML, CSS) and Wordpress CMS.
Ability to manage and adapt quickly to change and respond positively and flexibly when managing shifting or competing priorities.
Previous experience of illustration and working with Figma is a plus.
Experience working in B2B marketing, B2B SaaS and cybersecurity experience is a plus.
