About The Role

As the Technical Recruiter, your role is pivotal to the continued growth of Red Sift’s Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process from headcount planning with hiring managers, sourcing qualified candidates and formalising offers.

In this role, you’ll advise on the full cycle recruiting for various teams, which likely includes:

  • Establish and execute top-of-funnel strategy, drive searches, formalise offers and close candidates.

  • Understand and communicate our technology strategy and customer value proposition.

  • Participate in conferences and meetups to network with potential candidates.

  • Using market intelligence and funnel metrics to inform search strategy and build a trusting relationship with leaders and hiring managers.

  • Sourcing top Technical talent through multiple channels and build healthy robust pipelines of highest caliber candidates on a continuous basis from which we can effectively grow the team.

  • Building personal relationships with candidates to ensure every applicant has a great experience regardless of outcome and that we are able to compete for and close the most sought-after candidates.

  • Managing the recruiting process through Teamtailor and ensure data integrity
