We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Executive to join our expanding team. Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation and being part of a super talented team will present an amazing opportunity to learn and grow professionally. The role will be focused on supporting the wider marketing team in delivering lead generation digital campaigns.

The Role

  • Partner with our vertical lead to create and execute marketing campaigns to drive lead generation
  • With support from external agency build campaign landing page, workflows and email nurture program
  • Create brief for internal team and agencies
  • Ensure we apply an always-on testing approach to all our activities by running testing to improve our performance and conversion rate
  • Own guidelines for emails and landing pages
  • Manage with support from the Head of Demand Gen our paid ads activity
  • Collect, report and analyse campaign performance, monitoring and ensuring that goals are achieved (budget, conversion rate, quality)

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in marketing
  • Strong analytics skills that ensure data is used to drive decisions
  • Project management skills – prioritising and managing multiple products at a time
  • Self-starter who uses own initiative to acquire the information needed to plan and drive campaigns
  • A comes with solution rather than problem attitude
  • Thrives in face-paced environment

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot and/or other CRM and email management tools beneficial
  • Any additional language is a plus (Spanish, French, German, Dutch)
