What will be your mission?
As a Partnership Developer, you'll report to our Head of Universities Expansion and play a key role in the expansion of our network of universities in different European countries, particularly in Spain, Italy and Portugal . You will be responsible for convincing Universities Career Services to use our product, the Career Center, to manage their activities.
Main missions and objectives
Manage to organize meetings with Career Services
Convince them of using the Career Center by JobTeaser during live demos
Close business deals (signature of Partnership Agreement)

Who are you?
You speak fluently both Italian and Spanish and also have a good level of English
You have a relevant sales experience of minimum 1-3 years (ex: business development, startup, consulting firm, ...) or you are known to be a good salesperson
You love hunting (sending emails, cold calling...) and you never get bored
You are result oriented: achieving your targets is not an option, you always want to achieve more!
You are persistent, combative, and never give up → if the door is closed, you go through the window!
You have an entrepreneurship mindset and have a high-energy spirit
You are an empathetic relationship-builder who can quickly understand relevant structures in complex organizations and connect to people at all levels
You know how to use Salesforce CRM? It is a bonus!
Preferred job location
You can be based in any of our offices based in our 7 countries in Europe (Spain, Italy, Portugal, France, Belgium, Germany, UK...) or you can work 100% remotely
If based in Paris, a super flexible remote policy (possibility to work remotely 4 days a week + 1 month a year wherever you want in Europe)
