This position is within the Chief of Staff Office and will be part of a team of 4. The 'Manager - Strategic Initiatives' will be working alongside the 2 co-founders, will be attached to the Chief of Staff, and will work hand-in-hand with teams from all departments in order to deliver drive execution of key strategic projects.
This is an opportunity to be one of the first members of JobTeaser's core strategy & implementation team. You will help answer JobTeaser's most important and ambiguous strategic questions, as well as implement transformative or high-impact initiatives..
What does this mean on a daily basis?
Work with the Chief of Staff (former tier-1 strategy consulting manager) to execute key strategic projects from scratch; Report directly to the Chief of Staff, or to a certain C-Level executive (e.g., CEO, COO, CPO) depending on the project
Lead specific diversification projects and manage teams to kickstart, coordinate and support the launch and operations
Identify optimization opportunities and jump in business operations to help resolve problems
Fully manage 3-9 months long strategic projects internally, from inception, to planning, to execution, to day to day progress and to final rollout when it becomes "business as usual"
Make sure all stakeholders are aligned on strategic projects and report on advancement and performance
Ensure teams are staying on track, identify key roadblocks and facilitate solving these issues
Coordinate key projects with internal functions and external partners
Follow up on all strategic meetings and make sure teams roll out key initiatives and decisions
Monitor business KPIs and strategic projects, support financial report as needed
Who are you?
You have 2-4 years of experience minimum in a top tier strategy consulting firm (BCG, Bain, McKinsey, L.E.K., RB, AT Kearney, etc.)
You can demonstrable competency in strategy and business development
You have exceptional project management skills, can drive consensus, and move things forward efficiently
You have an entrepreneurial spirit
You have versatile mind, ability to learn fast and challenge business as usual operations
You have a passion about the tech industry
You have an excellent French and English level
How to stand out from the crowd (bonus, not mandatory):
You already have an experience in a tech start-up
You speak a third language fluently, German is a plus!
