This position is within the Chief of Staff Office and will be part of a team of 4. The Senior Strategy Associate will be working alongside the 2 co-founders, will be attached to the Chief of Staff, and will work hand-in-hand with teams from all departments.
This is an opportunity to be one of the first members of JobTeaser's core strategy & implementation team. You will help answer JobTeaser's most important and ambiguous strategic questions, including assessing major new product extensions, international expansion, and the evolution of JobTeaser's business and monetization model.
What does this mean on a daily basis?
Work with the Chief of Staff (former tier-1 strategy consulting manager) to define JobTeaser's corporate strategy; Report directly to the Chief of Staff, or to a certain C-Level executive (e.g., CEO, COO) depending on the project
Collect qualitative and quantitative data from internal stakeholders (e.g., data, marketing, etc.)
Break down complex and ambiguous questions with a mix of analytical rigor, customer insight, and input from internal and external experts
Break down unstructured problems and synthesize many disparate sources of information to deliver simple and thoughtful answers
Present your recommendations and debate their implications with JobTeaser's executive team
Work closely with the product, data, marketing, finance, and ops teams to translate insights and recommendations into execution / concrete outcome
Build the central nervous system at JobTeaser and ensure that insights are accessible to all teams
Who are you?
You have 2-4 years of experience in a top tier strategy consulting firm (BCG, Bain, McKinsey, L.E.K., Roland Berger, AT Kearney, etc.)
You have strong analytical problem solving skills and ability to identify and synthesize insights from data
You have strong communication skills in French and English, including the ability to use verbal and written communication to express ideas clearly and succinctly
You have strong business judgment, with ability to think across every dimension of the business
You have experience with quantitative and qualitative consumer, corporate and market research techniques
You are able to operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership
You are curious and have a willingness to learn from a wide range of people
You are passionate about the tech industry
