What You’ll Do


We are looking for a Business Development Representative who will be:


  • Executing the outbound lead generation strategy via cold calling, cold emailing and cold Linkedin messaging
  • Responding, engaging and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries;
  • Prospecting, educating and qualifying leads to create sales-ready opportunities,
  • Qualifying leads via email and / or discovery calls using lead qualification questions
  • Understanding a lead’s needs and effectively communicating how can we meet the expected needs,
  • Setting up meetings between qualified leads and Account Executives, fully onboarding Account Executives with all the necessary information from the qualification phase


Key Skills


We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has min 1 year of direct experience in B2B SaaS sales with lead generation responsibility
  • Has experience with sales engagement tools, i.e. Outreach
  • Having worked with and possessing network within the HR function would be a plus
  • Is able to multitask and has the ability to follow up with lengthy and complex sales cycles with multiple prospects at once
  • Has the ability to understand client’s needs and make them aware of their current problems and possible solutions
  • Is a highly motivated self-starter, who is hungry to win, always looking to push own and others’ limits
  • Has great collaboration skills, ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams
  • Is passionate about Meditopia for Work’s mission, interest in Mindfulness and mental wellbeing at the workplace
  • Has the ability to work in fast-paced startup environment
