Your mission

• Managing a large portfolio of SoSafe customers through a variety of activities
• Developing a program for managing many customers at once, with maximum scalability
• Using data patterns to inform your customer outreach strategies
• Producing creative, effective content (ie. videos, webinars, blogs, email campaigns), and anything else that you think could help you engage with a variety of customers!
• Collaborating with multiple teams to leverage all available resources, and help your customers achieve their goals with SoSafe

Your profile

• You take a customer-first approach, and believe that your customer’s success, is your success
• You “make a way”, are comfortable with some ambiguity, and excited about having the autonomy to decide the best way to achieve defined goals
• You know how to connect with an audience, and tell stories that help your customers align their business goals with your solutions
• You are the ultimate connector. You love collaborating across multiple teams to achieve big goals together
• You love data and using it to identify trends and patterns that inform your work
• You’re comfortable taking intelligent risks, trying new strategies, and iterating to become better
• You have experience with at-scale or one-to-many customer success programs, or with larger marketing programs targeting existing customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German
