Your mission

  • Communicate the company vision, strategy and goals within the Customer Success team 
  • Directly manage a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure the achievement of team and individual goals (gross retention, upsell pipeline generation) 
  • Manage team performance, lead and coach individuals to ensure goal achievement, and identify development potential 
  • Identify knowledge gaps and training needs, to ensure your team are set up to succeed, while also identifying opportunities for process improvement (ie. tooling, workflows) 
  • Develop and iterate on structures (ie. customer segmentation, book distribution), and facilitate strategic initiatives (ie. EBRs, health scoring, success planning) 

Your profile

  • 3+ years of experience in Senior Customer Success role (or similar function)  
  • Experience in a fast-growing, digital company, ideally selling B2B, SaaS, enterprise products
  • High level of personal responsibility and ownership
  • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire and lead others through persuasion and consensus building
  • Passion for understanding customer needs to drive revenue growth
  • Understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Strong coaching skills, and ability to empower CSMs to succeed independently
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German
