Senior IT Support Specialist/Manager

As a senior IT Support specialist you make it possible for your colleagues to work through the hardware or software issues of the day, ensuring a quick resolution with care.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• You will assist newcomers with their onboarding by setting up everything they require (computers and OS, software, etc.).
• Manage related issues in a timely and orderly manner, ensuring that you assist our Jellysmackers where they need it.
• You will be in charge of keeping the IT inventory up to date, communicating with suppliers, and ensuring that the team has what it needs in a timely fashion.

Profile requirements?

• A solid experience as an IT Technician or Support specialist (4/5+ years)
• Various OSs have no secrets for you: Windows, MacOS, mobile devices etc.
• You're good at interacting with colleagues and suppliers alike, and provide a smooth experience to them.
• You are self-sufficient and capable of quickly establishing priorities
