Jellysmack and the Revenue Operations team are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Solution Consultant to join our growing team. This person will work closely with our sales/partnership team to support the growth of new business lines. Initially, you will support Catalog Licensing, our newest offering, created to analyze and monetize YouTube libraries for new and existing Creators. You will also work with new products initiatives and POC’s that are in the pipeline.

The Revenue Operations Team is the operational heart of the Sales organization. It is a critical Crew for Jellysmack. The company is already unicorn size, rapidly growing and disbursed, so the need is to grow a fully-formed, well-rounded (media + software/SaaS) RevOps team, who can step in and – on a day to day basis – support Jellysmack’s Partnership, Sales, and Creator Success teams as they move to scale quickly and effectively.

A critical function within RevOps is to take numbers and data and turn them into reasons to celebrate! Data drives everything we do at Jellysmack and is thus essential to the company. Data is at the heart of our success, and it is a key driver and enabler in our sales process. Everyone on our team is capable of going above and beyond the call of duty. Ultimately the sales solution consultant, will support the partnership organization in helping Creators realize the potential of various Jelly Smack offerings. Through data driven insights we help our Creators move in the right direction ensuring maximum value for their content. In partnership with our sales and support teams, you’ll research financial risks, provide forecast analysis, and develop financial models that assists our team in providing fair and accurate deal structure and bundled offerings and ultimately helps our Creators enhance their deal value.

Requirements

  • Supporting new business lines and products for the entire sales cycle, with a focus on offer stage and beyond.
  • Helping the sales team with their pitches and answering product analytics and financial offer related questions
  • Translating complex business and financial terminology into sales language
  • Playing the role of subject matter expert on all things JellySmack tech and data
  • Driving pricing best practices and commercialization
  • Preparing financial data in a way that can be understood by our clients and prospects.
  • Leveraging information from the field sales organization to inform data teams regarding trends, patterns and insights into analysis.
  • Providing a feedback loop between our prospects and client back to our pricing and offer teams to enable offer strategies and improvements
  • Documenting various processes, client objections, pricing optionally thresholds, so that other members of the organization understand how insights were gathered
  • Collaborating with the Enablement team to provide insights/analyses for specific pitches and enhance story-telling.

A little about you:

  • You have a bachelor's degree (a master's would be a plus).
  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience in a client facing consulting and/or sales type roles.
  • Good grasp of financial acumen and various commercial structure
  • Client facing experience explaining complex concepts in easy to digest ways
  • You possess strong analytical skills with excellent Advanced Excel Skills.
  • You have excellent problem-solving skills and solid analytical skills.
  • You are experience with data visualization tools (ideally PowerBI, Looker), data transformation tools (Excel, google spreadsheets, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.), presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.) and SalesForce CRM.
  • You are highly organized and able to prioritize effectively
  • You have excellent communication and writing skills
