HR Communication & Events- 6 month Internship

The happiness management sphere at Jellysmack is a true hybrid role that bridges HR and communication.

To take things to the next level, we are looking for that one-in-a-million employee who will work closely with our Chief Happiness Officer.

In this role you will:

• Assist in organizing spot-on or recurrent events (lunches, networking events, team building...)
• Contribute to the international development of our Jellyclubs (sports, arts, craft, gaming…)
• Be on the lookout for ways to make things better while also incorporating fun and well-being in the workplace & remotely
• Internal communication on dedicated Slack channels
• Support the organization of daily office life: office supply inventory, purchase orders, and furniture
• Update internal website & database

Profile

• Degree in Communication, Business or HR
• Social media knowledge
• You are a people person
• You bring positivity and a solid sense of humor to the team
• You’re highly organized and creative
• You’re a self-starter
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• 100% bilingual in written and spoken French & English is required

Our “Work from Anywhere” philosophy:
