The U.S. Deal Desk Manager functions as the primary deal support to the Head of Revenue Operations, Sales Managers, Success and Sales teams primarily located in the United States: The U.S. Deal Desk.

As JellySmack moves increasingly to multi product offerings we are instituting a “Deal Desk” within Rev Ops. This centralized team comprised of pricing experts from product/business squads provides sales teams the simple pricing information, systems, guidelines they need

The U.S. Deal Desk Manager partners with the Revenue Operations and sales executive management team to drive the deal flow, sales cycle velocity and increased offer capacity for sales. A successful candidate is professional, detail oriented, a multi-tasker and has a high level of financial acumen.

The Deal Desk is a team that people call to coordination of pricing across all the sales flows - including managing how JellySmack bundles solutions across all the product pricing mechanisms. This avoids sales teams having to call multiple people across multiple functions to price deals. It also provides a single source of data tracking. As a member of Deal Desk, you will:

  • Ensure that the guidelines provided by the product/business/finance leaders are adhered to within pricing implementation.
  • Function as an aggregation point for all pricing and deal bundling information and the single source of truth for the sales teams.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Jellysmack’s internal business tools, pricing models, product offerings, contract structures, quoting systems, and methodologies.
  • Support the generation of bundling offer packages across products/businesses lines.
  • Support squad members in the Business tribes and meet the regions needs as an integral part of their sales process.


  • Ensure accuracy of opportunities within CRM for forecasting, bookings and compensation purposes.
  • Supports all commercial related activities including, but not limited to, deal structuring, pricing, review, and approval for offers, contract management and providing support to field sales for quoting purposes.
  • Act as a Sales-facing subject matter expert on process, policy, and pricing related matters.
  • Reviews, interprets, and confirms contract terms and conditions; works closely with finance and legal teams to ensure all contracts are accurate.
  • Assist Sales teams in creating and positioning complex orders, which involves acting as the liaison between Sales and other key stakeholders involved in the deal structuring process (e.g., Rev Ops, Finance, Legal, Data and Tech, etc.).
  • Handles day-to-day queries from groups including, Sales, Business Development, Tech, Data, and Success teams using quoting tools and/or CRM system.
  • Resolves problems through research, consulting with internal support teams, to identify the appropriate tools and provide a feedback loop on issue resolution.
  • Participate in commercial terms review process to ensure client facing documents are consistent with predefined standards and guidelines.
  • Ensure that transactions adhere to Jellysmack’s internal revenue recognition policies and operations.
  • Monitors the Rev Ops Support Slack channel and pricing inbox to provide general assistance and advice on common deal questions and Quote to Cash process questions.
  • Partner with Deal Desk leadership on projects to identify repeatable data entry processes suitable for automation.
  • Other duties as assigned
