For our Milan office, we are currently looking for a Treasury Expert to join our Finance Team. Reporting directly to the Head of Financial Operations, he/she will be well-versed in accounting principles and will ensure that the company’s daily treasury operations run accurately and effectively. The successful candidate will combine excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of financial principles.

He/she will be in charge of:
• Planning, management and control of company’s cash/financial flow
• Variance analysis of cash flow statement and assessment of group treasury needs
• Management of BS and bank reconciliations (i.e. loans, financial receivables, etc.)
• Processing of cash/financial transactions
• Control of costs and of financial/bank agreements
• Management of interest rate and exchange risk
• Bank relationship management (UE and extra-UE, within the group service)

Technical Requirements:
• Business Administration or Management Degree
• Good knowledge of local GAAP/IFRS
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in international and/or modernly organized companies
• Ability to establish and maintain bank relationship management both at local and at international level
• Familiarity with currency management
• Knowledge of financial derivatives and soft loans/grant award
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communication skills

Other requirements:
• Sound knowledge of ERP softwares (such as SAP or MS Navision)
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of Spanish will be considered a plus
